From The Lookout that provides a scenic overlook of Trail Creek to Sky Park that was made for cloud spotting and star gazing to Twig Park at The Hideaway amenity center that inspires littles to explore and play, there are many ways to make magical memories in the fresh air. Plus, spread throughout the community are walking and biking trails that weave through our iconic tree lines. Here, we want to provide residents with countless opportunities to engage with nature.

The Hideaway is our 4-acre amenity site that offers a serene retreat from the everyday hustle and bustle. Whether you’re seeking a peaceful escape or an exciting adventure, The Hideaway has it all. This expansive amenity center features a little’s playground called Twig Park, The Retreat pool and community hall, pickleball courts, a food truck park and picnic area, an amphitheater lawn, HOA offices, and The Treehouse!
The Retreat encompasses the resort-style pool and indoor community hall at The Hideaway amenity center. Looking to connect with neighbors or host an event of your own? The Retreat has indoor and outdoor spaces for resident gatherings and events for all ages! Or enjoy some fun in the beautiful pool and catch rays on the tanning ledges.
A gaming treehouse, three stories tall! There are various games of different levels for children of all ages to enjoy, and as they climb higher up the stairs, the games will increase in difficulty.
Where imaginations soar. A fun tree-inspired playground, with smaller-sized slides, swings and climbers for little ones to explore.
Grab a book and find a nook at this library treehouse inspired amenity that features swings, chairs, a slide and more for kids and adults alike to enjoy.
A creative park for cloud spotting and star gazing. Logs and steppers in the park form constellations to inspire adventure and encourage learning. Plus, on special occasions, a telescope is brought in for an educational sky gazing party to see all northern hemisphere constellations!
This special park is a delightful haven that bursts with life and flavor, home to a diverse collection of fruit-bearing trees, including Apple, Plum, Nectarine, Peach, and Pecan varieties, with harvest times ranging from late spring through fall. Nestled within the trees and under a large trellis with festoon lighting is an oversized farm table perfect for all sorts of celebrations. Whether it’s a lively game of soccer on the open lawn, a picnic with neighbors, or a fruit picking festival, The Grove is more than just a place to enjoy nature’s bounty; it’s an ideal setting for memorable gatherings.
The Lookout offers a unique experience of being immersed in nature, allowing visitors to feel as if they are perched high in the treetops. From this elevated vantage point, residents can enjoy breathtaking views above the flowing Trail Creek below, creating a serene and picturesque environment. The Lookout also features thoughtfully placed seating, making it an ideal spot to unwind and connect with nature.
