Ashley Isaman
Known for her warm energy and positivity, Ashley is passionate about creating spaces where everyone feels welcome and connected. With over 10 years of experience in event planning and lifestyle management, she loves bringing people together and fostering a sense of belonging. She graduated from East Carolina University with a degree in Recreational Therapy, blending her love for community and wellness. When she’s not at Treeline, you’ll likely find her exploring hiking trails, camping under the stars, and discovering new ways to enjoy the great outdoors.
Rob James
Rob has managed Homeowner Associations since 1999. He oversaw the Holly Lake Association for 15 years and the Hideaway Lake Club for 12 years, both golf course communities with over 2,000 homes located in East Texas. Prior to that, Rob was in the Hotel Industry managing hotels for Choice Hotels International, the largest hotel franchisor in the United States. Before that, he served in the United States Air Force as a Maintenance Officer for the B-1B Bomber and the KC-135 Tanker out of Dyess AFB in Abilene, TX. Rob attended St. Marks High School ’81 in Dallas, Texas then graduated from Texas A&M University ’85 (BBA) where he was a member of the Corps of Cadets. In 1993, he completed his Masters in Hospitality from the Conrad Hilton College at the University of Houston. Rob is married to Deirdre James, who works for Baylor Scott and White, and resides in Southlake, TX. His hobbies are traveling, golfing, hiking and going to movies. Rob is the proud father of 7 children – quadruplets who are 27, twins who are 26 and one 24-year-old (4 boys and 3 girls).
