At Treeline by Hillwood, our amenities are thoughtfully crafted to enhance lifestyle and build connections among neighbors. With a wide range of recreational spaces for relaxation and socializing, our planned community offers more than just a place to live — it’s a place to belong and thrive alongside your neighbors. Here’s a look at the first crop of amenities at Treeline.
The Hideaway
The Hideaway is the heart of Treeline’s amenities and where residents gather to unwind, connect, and have fun. This four-acre site includes a beautiful pool, a playground for little ones, a spacious community hall, pickleball courts, and much more. Residents can cool off, host community get-togethers, or simply catch up with friends at the expansive amenity center. The surrounding shaded areas offer an escape from the Texas sun, and the ample room gives residents plenty of spots to lounge, relax, and enjoy.
Let’s explore each component of The Hideaway in more detail:
The Retreat
At the center of The Retreat is a resort-style pool with lounge chairs and tanning ledges for catching rays. Inside is the community hall that is great for community events and gatherings of all kinds.
Twig Park
Designed for Treeline’s littlest residents, Twig Park is an adventure park where imaginations soar, with new possibilities around every corner! A fun, tree-inspired playground weaves its way through the landscape, allowing kids to choose age-appropriate swings and climbs, or push themselves to new challenges.
The Treehouse
The Treehouse is Treeline’s three-story gaming treehouse, with games for every age to enjoy! Each level offers new adventures for children, and as they climb the stairs, they encounter games of increasing difficulty. At the very top, an amazing view of the surrounding community will be there waiting for them.
Food Truck Park & Picnic Area
This park offers spots for food trucks and an outdoor space with seating areas that are ideal for informal gatherings, family picnics, or games. Here, residents can grab a bite from visiting local food trucks and enjoy meals outdoors with others in the community. It’s perfect for a relaxed evening with neighbors or sampling new flavors with family.
Amphitheater Lawn
Another great facet of The Hideaway amenity center is the massive Amphitheater Lawn. Big enough for groups of all sizes, this wide open space is one of Treeline’s prime venues for live events, concerts and movie nights. And the lawn’s open layout makes it ideal for family gatherings, meeting new neighbors or listening to great live music.
Pickleball Courts
Nearby, four pickleball courts offer a more active way to engage. As one of the easiest games to pick up for beginners, pickleball encourages friendly competition and fun among residents of all ages. Whether you’re just starting out or a seasoned player, these courts offer a great way to stay active and meet new neighbors.
HOA Offices
Conveniently located within The Hideaway, the HOA offices help residents stay connected with community news and updates. It’s the hub for inquiries, resources, and assistance, allowing homeowners to easily get answers to any questions they may have about Treeline.
The Nook
The Nook is a library treehouse inspired park within Treeline that provides a cozy atmosphere perfect for reading and quiet reflection, as well as some outdoor play for the kids on the slides and swings. It’s a great spot for parents to relax with a book while the kids burn off some energy.
The Grove
This open park area offers natural beauty and room for families to spend time together. Home to numerous fruit trees – including apple, pecan, nectarine, peach and plum – The Grove will be the site of community fruit picking festivals each year from late spring through the fall, depending on harvest conditions. The park’s trellis, complete with festoon lighting and an oversized farm table at its center, make it a wonderful spot to celebrate a memorable occasion.
The Lookout
The Lookout, another scenic spot at Treeline, offers expansive views of the community from a vantage point that gives the perspective of a perch high in the treetops. Gazing down across Trail Creek below, The Lookout is an ideal place for a morning walk or an evening sunset, capturing the spirit of outdoor living and helping residents enjoy the landscape and tranquility of Treeline.
Sky Park
Sky Park is another green space with a unique, open-air feeling that encourages star gazing and cloud spotting. Boasting wide fields ideal for walking, playing or enjoying fresh air, Sky Park offers active play for kids who can navigate the steppers and log constellations. On special occasions, a star gazing telescope will be available to view the northern hemisphere’s constellations!
